Northwest Yoga Feast 2024
Volunteer Application

This Festival wouldn't be running without you! Your light, presence and offerings are what makes NWYF so special . Thank you for all that you do. Remember our theme this year is about Cultivating Abundance.

If you desire to volunteer, please fill out the form below so we can begin a dialogue with you. Expect joy and a lot of learning experiences.  Always in admiration with gratitude for every participant with the overall feeling of grace from being of service to others, we love you already.

EXPECTATIONS:  Each volunteer will be required to pay a nominal fee, $75, to cover our direct expenses plus work (4) 4 hour shifts.

Primary responsibilities:

Food Prep
Dishwashing and general clean up

Pre and post Feast setup and take down
Maintain water stations
Ambassador to participants

Volunteer opportunities will start on:

Wednesday - 2 shifts available
Thursday - 2 shifts available
Friday - 4 shifts available
Saturday - 4 shifts available
Sunday - 3 shifts available

The event starts at 4:00pm +/- on Friday so there will be 7 shifts available prior to the start of the event and 8 shifts after the event starts. We will do our best to assign your shifts around your schedule, wants and needs and you will always have the ability to trade with other volunteers if you can arrange it.

NOTE: Please know that while it's a wonderful event, and we all know how wonderful it is to work along side Yvette, it is a lot of hard work!   If you do the math you are receiving close to $20/hr + lots of yoga + entertainment + an abundance of food, so PLEASE make sure you are up to the task prior to signing up!

If after we receive your application, talked it over to make sure it's a good fit, you can then register as a volunteer on our website.
